How to Farm the New Bosses in Diablo 4:
- Available in World Tier 3 Onwards
Grigiore
Materials Needed: Living Steel x2 (x5 in World Tier 4)
Living Steel, along with a few Elixirs, can be obtained by opening the Tortured Gift of Living Steel found in Helltides (costing 300 Cinders).
Boss Location: Hall of Penitent in Dry Steppes
Varshan
Materials Needed: Blackened Femur, Gurgling Head, Trembling Hand (+Malignant Heart in World Tier 4)
These materials can be acquired from the Tree of Whispers, dropped by a mini-boss in Helltide or crafted in World Tier 4.
Boss Location: The Malignant Tunnel beside the Tree of Whispers

The Beast In The Ice
Materials Needed: Distilled Fear x9, Sigil Powder 250
These materials can be obtained from Nightmare Dungeons Tier 30+, craft the sigil at the occultist using these materials to get the Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil
Boss Location: Use the Sigil to enter the Nightmare Dungeon
Lord Zir
Materials Needed: Exquisite Blood x9
Exquisite Bloods are dropped from Legion Events and World Bosses.
Location: Darkened Way in Fractured Peaks
Duriel
Materials Needed: Muckus Slick Egg x2, Shard of Agony x2
These materials are obtained by defeating Varshan and Grigiore.
Location: Gaping Crevasse in Kehjistan
The bosses vary in their location and the materials needed to summon them, but with this guide, you'll be well-equipped to face the challenges they present.
